I'm not big on loud V6 noise so I got this for my 16 Rubicon to replace the Magnaflow muffler and OE resonator. This two piece system went on super easy and fit perfectly. Literally took under 10 minutes to install and zap the inclued clamps on. Running down the road at 2 to 3k RPM the inside is quite. Reving or hard acceleration is only time it is loud and even then it's tollerable. To note I am running this exhaust with a K&N CAI. so it may even be quiter in stock form.If you looking for a quiter exhaust, this is a good choice.(Update) I had it on for a month and noticed my fuel mileage went from 18 MPG to 14 MPG. Perhaps winter fuel so I put old system on and fuel mileage went back up. Can't figure it out.

easy install, loud on start up. The sound isn't bad once you are cruising.

System is easy to install. Stock system removal is the worst part. Sound is just above stock at idle. Pretty low key. Not agressive at all. Does not sound like a rice burner. Good if you live in a neighborhood, or just want a little better sound. Any power increase is likey felt at higher RPM. I feel like it COULD be louder, but this is good not to attract attention if you're not allowed to modify exhaust per state regulations.

This is a five-star exhaust with zero-star hardware, thus the four-star rating.Installation: Removal of the stock exhaust was the worst part. I sprayed the clamps and joints down with PB Blaster in advance, so those pieces came apart easily. The issue was the hangers. I’ve installed exhaust on many cars, but I’ve never fought so hard with exhaust hangers. I’d probably invest in the hanger tool if I ever were to do this again. Removal ended up taking me about an hour.Installation of the new system was a snap. It only took about 15 minutes. Fitting the axle pipe is much easier if you jack the body up a few inches to create more clearance over the axle. As mentioned in other reviews, the clamps are garbage. They are serviceable if you reuse the bolts/nuts/spacers from the factory clamps, but I just used some nice Duraseal clamps. Either way, don’t even attempt to use them as they come in the kit. I’m not sure why they built such a nice exhaust system and then skimped on the hardware.Fit and finish: The overall fit and finish is top notch, and it looks great on the Jeep. Everything ticks up nice and looks how it should’ve looked from the factory. I have a 2” lift on a 2015 Rubicon Unlimited, and noticed no clearance issues whatsoever.Sound: The sound is perfect. Just a little louder than factory with a nice tone. Nothing in your face, and kind of reminds me of a Nissan VQ type of sound. Volume-wise, I’d say it is very well balanced with my Volant intake under acceleration. At cruising speed, it’s nice and quiet.Overall, I’m really impressed.

Great, slightly louder sound that isn't ricey and doesn't drone, but band clamps suck. No matter how tight you make them, the joints still rotate. Just like the flowmaster. Add u-bolt Clamps next to band clamps to hold the system in place. It doesn't rotate now. Other than that, sounds great. By far the quietest high tuck, straight through system.

Simple to install if you have access to a lift, sounds great, and I'm getting a little more power. We will see about gas mileage over the next month as I refill the tank. The two gripes I have about this kit though and why it cost a star are the quality of the bolts for the clamps and the thickness of the spacer between the ends of the clamps. The spacer between the ends of the clamp is to thick to allow the clamp to secure the two parts of the exhaust so they don't move around and the bolts are made of cast steel so while tightening them down to try and secure the exhaust they snap off. This was pretty easy to fix though by using the oem hardware off the old exhaust clamps.

Exhaust is exactly what I was looking for after running a very loud Dynomax that was getting on my nerves. I was looking for something that looked clean to get rid of the massive ugly factory muffler. Not too loud and no drone at all but a nice rumble. Had to take a star away because the clamps are an absolute joke. I read the reviews and thought maybe some where just over tightening the clamps causing the bolts to snap but lo and behold, I snapped both bolts on both clamps before they were anywhere near tight enough. Luckily the solution to the issue is simple, just reuse the factory clamps. Aside from the weak clamps, I recommend this exhaust.

Sounds great, not too loud.
