This intercooler tube kit come with two billet aluminum factory style quick-connect adaptors that interface with the factory intercooler to ensure a perfect seal Flow and Performance aFe Power's intercooler tubes are constructed from 2-1/2 (Hot Side) and 3 (Cold Side) mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow then, powder-coated for a nice finish. The high-temp wrinkle-black powder-coating also insulates the tubes from engine heat and protects the tube from corrosion. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence, minimize pressure loss, while increasing horsepower and torque. Also included is one 1/8 NPT port on each tube which is provided for a sensor or water-methanol injection aFe Badging A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is welded-on for an aggressive style. This product replaced my cracked and leaking hot and cold side intercooler tubes and restored my turbo boost. No more “rolling coal” when simply just driving.Take time to align everything before clamping in place. Lightly grease the boots to make alignment easy.This is a revised version of the kit and has stencils on the tubes versus riveted logos which use to leak after service use.I’m completely satisfied with this product.

Multiple boost leaks . Tried mitigating with chafe protection. Tried rerouting. Tried resealing. Nothing works. I've owned a professional shop for 7 years and have been ase certified mechanic for 19 years. This product is honestly terrible. Something you would expect from wish. Fit and finish out of the box was not good. Globby welds and sharp flares. I tried to give it a chance. It's been a nonstop fight from the beginning trying to get them to stop popping off. Even replaced the screw style hose clamps with t bar clamps. Still no luck. Metal tubes are the only good part that dosent break. Also the seller constantly says they will get ahold of you and they do not. I've gone back and forth multiple times with no solution.

Missing parts. Missing aluminum adapter and o ring as well as one of the silicone elbows.
