Just to get this out first - this is not going to turn your beater into a beast. However, it does make some improvements. I installed this in my 2006 RAM 3500 Cummins 5.9. I use this truck to pull a 16K lbs. 5th Wheel all over the country. It increased my average mileage by about 1.5 mpg while pulling. It also enabled the truck to maintain speed on climbs that previously it would loose speed. Overall, it did what I wanted. My impression is that it doesn't substantially increase power, but rather allows the engine to breath easier under load and thereby run more efficiently. I've run it for over 1K miles now around Idaho, Wyoming, and Utah at elevations over 5K feet (up to over 8K). No lights in the dash. I'm thinking I'm going to throw away the old air box now that I've put some miles on it.

Poor fit into OEM brackets. When a guy pays 4 bills for an intake you would expect it to fit correctly. We will see if it actually does anything it says it would. I haven't noted any real difference in throttle response. The turbo is definitely a bit more audible. I haven't had a chance yet to pull with it, so I'm not sure how it will change the EGTs. Bottom line this thing probably isn't worth what I paid. Time will tell.
