Bought this unit in June 2022. After little more than 2 years started to have fan rattle. Contacted Customer Service communicated and follow their instructions and in one week had replacement unit at door no charges. New unit nice and quiet as should be. Excellent customer service and definitely recommend and would buy products again.

I know the product itself is good since I have a few of them. I had one that had some technical difficulties, and I contacted customer service, and they resolved my issue. So my mom is a happy woman, as the recent purchase was for her since I told her about how great the product was. Overall, great customer service, and thank you for the replacement without any pushback.

I have only had this a few days and noticed when I have it turned on I am able to breath with ease. I have 3 dogs that are family and found my breathing was difficult at times. This unit seems to help circulate the air in the living room. So far so good. I am glad I purchased it.

Amazon didn't like my first review, and I'm not certain why, so we are trying again, without what might be their trigger words.I have purchased 6 of these in various colors, of those 6 only one has ever broken, and I suspect it wasn't the quality of the item, but an accident in a move.They work very well to prevent certain well known illnesses in my home, along with catching the very small yellow floating items that come into the home from the trees outside, making it so that, if you happen have trouble breathing due to certain conditions that might involve the need to use rescue medications because of said tree powders, those may no longer be necessary in your home.Ease of use: It is very easy to replace the filters, and they are currently sold at a very good value for the money you pay. Resetting the filter light is also very easy, just turn the fan on and hold the power button for a slow 10-count.They are very light and easy to carry around your house. I have purchased one for every room, and will likely continue to buy more as I find them needed.

I have a LEVOIT Air Purifier Vital 100 in the living room for the past two years and it works perfectly fine and I am happy with it. But I am tired of moving this in and out of the bedroom for the past 10 days because my kid was coughing a lot at night, not sure it was the high humid level or for whatever reason. So I decided to get another smaller one for the room and I ended up with this unit. I searched for hours and hours and I found this one that I can use as a fan rather than blowing up to the sky like others. Amazingly, I have this in the room for two days and my kid's coughing is almost not there at night. Another thing I like is this thing is very power efficient. I tested it with my Power Consumption Monitor and it's about 4, 6, 12 watts from Low, Mid, and High fan speed. That means I can leave it on most of the time without high utility cost (less than a 8 watt light bulb on Mid Speed all light long) . My Levoit use 18, 29, 52 watts from Low, Mid, and High fan speed and it's much more noisy and not good to sleep with. (great for the living room because it's very powerful to remove bad air). I read people were complaining about this with too much noise but I totally disagreed if you have tried another one. My Levoit was making noise after 2 years of use but I fixed it with my pen pushing the fan forward so they don't get stuck with the parts and it's very easy process. I will keep this unit with all the likes I mentioned above ....hope this can help .

I got this because of the pet dander in my house as I have 4 dogs and 3 cats. My house constantly smelled like animals which of course is given with the amount I have. I was slightly worried buying this that it would give off some sort of smell but it doesn't at all. The air smells very clean. The timer function works great and easy to use. There is a light you can turn on or off whenever you want. The fan speeds are pretty much what you expect. This is also not that easy to tip over and the cord is fairly long for easy plug in.Remove the plastic wrap around the filter before use though. That's probably why some say it smells like plastic because they do have the filter wrapped.The noise level isn't even that bad. It's a fan so you will hear the blades/motor but it's very quiet even on high. My husband has been using this instead of our normal fan as white noise when he goes to bed.My only problems are that it blows colder air and with it being winter time and 24°F outside I hate using it on high because of how chilly it makes me feel. However I look forward to this for the summer when I need an extra blast of chilled air. The other problem I have it the buttons don't make a noise or "click" because it's very similar to a touch screen that you tap.I have had this item for a week or so and haven't noticed too much buildup on our filter so I haven't had to vacuum it yet. It also doesn't bother my pets at all. They of course were interested in it when I first pulled it out but left it alone. The only thing I wish it had was a handle or indent to pick it up by for easier placement, but it's not heavy so I can still easily move it. I just have to use two hands instead of one.Overall it's great and easy to use. I don't have any complaints. You can also easily find filters on here they just aren't "name-brand" by this company. I'm satisfied and my house does smell better. It doesn't feel stuffy in my home like it use to either.

Hatte mich erst in der Farbe vertan und hab direkt zwei bestellt, in einer anderen Farbe. Wollte einen zurück senden ? Der Artikel ist so gut ,dass ich beide behalten habe . Würde Ihn immer wieder bestellen, einfach toll !!!
