I purchased this paper for menu prints. My usual brand was out of stock & I was on a time crunch so I ordered these because they looked very similar to the style & color of what I normally use. These are actually slightly more of a matte than my previous choices which I thought would be ok because we laminate the menus. As far as color & appearance of the paper once laminated, it was hard to tell the difference. Where this paper falls short is how the ink is absorbed by the paper. Maybe because the texture was slightly different, but I've printed the same menu on a few different papers/textures & these were the worst so far. The prints came out less sharp & less vibrant than our previous brand. I don't think I'd purchase these again.
