Horrible product do not buy unless you want to be scammed into purchasing the features they advertise that the device comes with. Total false advertisement. And if you say well I already got it I’ll just buy the features too guess what? They’re website won’t let you anyways. Can’t believe Amazon let’s this happen.

I first received a device without software.. After calling customer support (not Amazon) they fixed me right up!! 5 stars on customer tech support!! Will be upgrading to the top model soon... with tech support like that I'll keep buying their stuff!! Device wotlrks 100% and exceeded my expectations.

I downloaded this and went to set it up. I watched YouTube videos and thought I had it all figured out. The problem is, it is not that easy to set up and there is nobody to help if you have questions. I was mistaken when I thought I could download it on an IPad. It takes a full computer to download this system. Scanning everything helps get all the products into the system. Just buy a cheap computer to get this system up and running. Make sure it is a touch screen. I also bought a separate screen so it could be the register screen. I program stuff on the actual computer and have the second screen for the register. It is a lot cheaper than having a company doing it for me and after I got it up and working it has done a great job.

If you have any problems with an individual or group in your nightclub you'll be able to give law enforcement a scan of their ID. Easy to use.

Using in liquor store. Had it for a week now, no issues. Quickly scans cards and keeps info on screen for about a minute of so. Still figuring out all the options it has and how to use them. It offers two age verifications for alcohol and tobacco purchases. Bottom line is that even a monkey can use it which is important should you hire a monkey or similar.

The first week we saw four people tag our place of business and actually saw them come in our door. We scanned the culprits but the times did not match. We were on local news displaying how well it worked, but still cannot match times. Love that it gives you a list of patrons and tags those who are not allowed back.
