My son wanted this for Christmas to help with strength training. For the value it a great set- easy to assemble and transport. The functionality is great - many different routes you could go with all the accessories. Their favorite part is running with the parachute on!

This great set of agility equipment will help the athlete perform many different types of drills. I bought it for my 12-year-old daughter to improve her speed, strength, and agility for volleyball. She won't use some of the items like the parachute but she likes the fact that she can perform different exercises without making the training sessions too boring or repetitive. It is nice to put everything back in the bag after you are done so things don't go missing after a while. I don't think this set is appropriate for a large team (more than 5-6 players) but is perfect for individual or small group (2-3 players) exercises.

Really like this training set, built great, you get your moneys worth, I use it to train my seven year-old son, after just 3 weeks of use I can see the difference in his footwork, and speed , I highly recommend for anybody who wants to get faster and have better footwork,

The training kit is quite complete and very dynamic, made of excellent material. I bought one but I will soon order more for my academy. The material is quite resistant to constant use. I recommend it!!!
