These agility training poles are convenient and easy to transport. The build quality is decent, but not top tier. These are very useful when doing drills where you want to make sure that players can't cheat or accidentally cut corners, such as if you want them dribbling a soccer ball completely around a specific location where they could roll the ball over low profile cones.

Used this for a lacrosse practice the other day for dodging drills and in other drills to mock defenders and force players to dodge or pass around them.Stuck in the ground well, but also moved and got out of the way easily if players ran into them, etc. Pretty easy to put together and then break down to put back in the bag.

decided to start training my 5yo so he can get better in his soccer games and this agility post has been great for him, he has been able to practice ball control and dribbling through the post. Really great addition.

Update: wow, talk about customer service!The company made everything good, so I’m upping to 5*I absolutely would purchase from them again.These were pretty easy to put together and use.I found the price was good for the quality.I would have done a 5 stars, but out of the two boxes I ordered one top part was too small to work.

Broken thread on one of the poles. Majority of the cylinders didn't fit properly into each other. Once inserted you couldn't take them apart the ones that did fit. Returned.

This are perfect for my 10 year old son to practice soccer with. They were east to assemble and easy to use. The quality is great and they seem to be quite durable.

I bought 2 sets. And they work. I've used them once, but when I pulled them out of the ground, they metal tip and black plastic holding it in place pulled out of the yellow post in 2 of the 8 poles.I glued them and I hope they'll work now. And I'll be careful to grab the pole by the very bottom when I pull it out next time.
