How about some support. I bought this for translation at work. Spanish specifically. That's not an option on the watch, but is in the app. I could do translation on my phone before I seemingly wasted money on your watch. If I can't get some support in the next few days I will be returning.

First this watch is no way the dimensions they claimed. The viewable area is 1.4" at best not the 1.85" that they claimed. Next it says Titanium once in the listing and never mentioned again and it doesn't look or feel like Titanium more like stainless steel. The AI is a joke, it's basically a voice recorder that uses Chat GPT to search and translate. I also have the WSQ-GR watch that looks to be the same watch in a slightly larger thinner case that costs double. Aside from the misleading description the watch is really nice and the SMART TIME PRO app is better than most and works well. I really like the watch but I will return it and I cannot recommend it do to the blatant misleading product description. If you want a big watch with a small screen this may be the watch for you but if you want the Chat GPT app built in this is not the solution.

Translator doesn’t work, just says the same thing in English in different accents. Tried multiple languages. Volume on watch is super low. Wouldn’t recommend.

Why it's speaker always no sounds?Hasn't volume control?But all functions are fine.
