Sent it back. The description doesn't really describe what it is. Needs a subscription software. The software is very confusing and interface is hard to understand. Got it to work one time in the single user mode and then could not get it to work at all. I bought it for my wife and tried to set it up on my iPhone to make sure it worked. After it stopped working on my iPhone, I tried to get it to work on hers. No luck. There is also a disconnect on how many languages it works with. I also found it at Walmart for less than $20. Appeared to use same subscription based software. Not a good deal at any price!

We tried 3 translation ear buds B4 this one. This is the only one I found that was easy to download the app and use.

The off line functions cost about $80 per permanent language. You buy the product then you have to buy coins for different offline functions. Would suggest looking for a product that will not milk you for money to use the product you bought.

The app cannot understand anything that ive tried with multiple different people and you have to pay for it after paying for the earbuds
