I love this kettle. It makes great tea from loose leaf teas. I use it to drink teas at night for better health and sleep

This kettle has been absolutely great! Love that it does such a variety of temperatures and fun that they each have a color. It is really fast to heat up and just gives one not crazy but hearable beep when done. We use this A LOT in our house. We also bought this a while ago and it is still working great and easy to keep clean!

Doesn't get as hot as I feel it should. Tea is warm, not very hot. Pretty cool looking though.

I like that it’s realatively lightweight, cleans up easily, & after “seasoning” it, the taste of a new appliance is near undetectable! Luckily, I haven’t tested the sturdiness of the glass! The settings of the temperatures, accuracy, which beverage one chooses (I’ve pretty much used it for brewing my various teas.) But even using it just for hot water in my gourds with Bomba straws, OR pretty much anything else that requires tepid to 🥵 HOT water, it’s pretty good. I’m of the opinion it has good longevity characteristics. I haven’t used it in any kind of travelling situation yet, but if its performance is as easy & good at home, it’ll ROCK!! Happy shopping! And don’t forget “black Friday” is upon us!! ALOHA! 🤙🏼 Coz…..

Backstory: I have used a stove-top kettle for many years. During those same years, my homemade, French press coffee was never good. I bought whole beans, I bought a nice burr grinder, I followed most of the instructions I could find and believe that the temperature of the water is killing my coffee. After searching for thermometers for kettles, I deterred an electric kettle may just be my best bet for the auto-off function. Now that you know that, I really enjoy this kettle. I put it on the base and turn it on, then I press the temperature control button to 90F. With each press of the temperature button, the light changes so I always know, purple is 90F. The machine has an automatic-off so the water does not heat too much. The design is easy to grab and easy to pour. The one aspect that could be better is either the cord itself or the pouring spout. Let me explain however, because I still use, and recommend, this kettle despite this design flaw, which I feel like most kettles will have. The pictures above sho my set-up, and I fill the kettle, put it on the base and turn it on. If I leave it there, steam will come out the top and hit the tile backsplash and to some degree the bottom side of the cabinets. In order to avoid this steam bath, I pull out the appliance, but then I am faced with a really short cord. So, I have to turn the kettle so the open portion of the top vents out into the kitchen, but then, bc of the design of all electric kettles, the glass is hot and I have to reach to the side of the product to get the handle. By now, you probably see my dilemma. Deal with the steam bath on the wall and cabinets or pull it out every time I use it and then have to deal with a short cord and reach around the hot kettle.Again, your set-up may not be the same, I would love a counter-top with no upper cabinets or a more recessed cabinet where I can place all my tea and coffee stuff, but I am not there yet. Would I still recommend this, absolutely. Do I think this and most other kettles can me better, again, absolutely. Lets make things better, together.
