a nice sturdy fan- larger than I imagined but perfect for what I need. very quiet. the display on speed & battery life are large and lit up so its easy to view. I'm currently using it in a small greenhouse. haven't had to recharge yet.

We actually had a lot of fun with this fan, as I charged it fully before turning it on, and then I set a stopwatch to see how long it would run on low speed. Every so often someone would walk back from the kitchen and yell out. . . "STILL RUNNING"! The later the day got, the more incredulous the tone in our voices, and the next morning, when the darn thing was STILL running, we all just roared with laughter. I don't know how long it will run on high, but I can promise you, this thing can blow on you all night long with no worries. So camping? power outage? didn't pay your electricity bill? NOT A PROBLEM! It also puts out a lot of airflow at the 12 various speeds, swivels, sits or hangs, and has a spare C port for charging a phone or accessory. It's not the least expensive fan I've used, but certainly, for what you get, it is well worth the price!!!

There is a digital display to show which speed is currently in use.(2) Extremely quiet at low speeds. At speeds one through three, this fan is the quietest I have found. As with all fans, the noise level goes up as the speed goes up.(3) 10" fan blades. The housing is 12.5" in diameter. The plates are 10" in diameter. Many other fans list that diameter of the housing, not the fan blades, often in order to make the fan sound larger than it really is. So, for example, a fan that is listed as 8" in diameter is really 5.5 or 6" but they don't tell you whether they are giving you the housing diameter or the fan blade diameter.(3) Includes a light with two color temperatures. This is very unusual for a fan. Some fans have no light, and those that do have a light usually just have one color temperature, and it is often the cold LED color temperature that many people find unpleasant. This has a nice warm amber light option that I really appreciate, and you can use it on high or low light levels.(3) A battery gauge, so you can see how much battery power remains. It is displayed as four bars when full, then three, two, one, zero bars. This is good to have. Most fans just leave you guessing.(4) Excellent airflow. The larger blades really make a difference, when compared with smaller fans.(5) Sturdy construction, solid feel.(6) Fairly generous battery capacity at 12,000 milliamp hours.(7) Efficient controls. Many fans require you to cycle through the remaining speeds to turn them off, or long press. This one has a dedicated button so you can turn it off instantly with one click.(8) Ability to use it as a power bank to charge phones and other devices.(9) 360° rotation. Not all fans have this.(10) Brushless motor.(11) Splash proof.Potential drawbacks:(1) Not as compact as many other fans. This fan is relatively bulky, which can be a drawback for some people and some situations.(2) No ability to clip on (though it does have a hook for hanging, and you could add clamps or clips if you wanted to).(3) Although the housing is thicker and stronger than most other plastic housings, and substantially so, it is not as strong as a good metal housing. There are similar fans with metal housing. This plastic housing seems quite thick and sturdy, much sturdier than most; but if dropped or hit hard, it would not withstand that sort of abuse as well as sturdy metal housing.(4) No timer. I have other fans that include timers. You can set them to turn off automatically in a given amount of time (2 hrs, 4hrs, 6hrs, for example). Although I have never used this feature and do not find it to be an advantage or a desirable feature, some people might like to have it, so it's worth mentioning.
