I Bought 2 of these heaters the first one the switch went out in a week the customer service was good they replaced it. Now the second one went our right after I I got the replacement heater for the first one thos time customer service was rude and didn't even listen to what I was saying. We will see if they want to replace it. Wouldn't recommended buying this product for the price I would expect better quality.

Amazon is asking me to write about what I like or dislike about this product. Well, the bulb burned out after first use. Maybe that is why it is so heavily discounted. It didn’t work long enough for me to figure out what I liked about it. SKIP IT.

Needs a dedicated power outlet, if not it will short the circuit. However, it's a great product and works really well. Kept the area really warm. Good quality.

I ordered this for the new deck I build outside. This was intended to help my wife (who smokes fequently of a night) stay warm in below freezing weather. The install was simple and it looked amazing. During the first night of use, we were excited to turn it on. It was working perfectly and warmed my entire deck. After 3hrs of use, the bulb started to dim and the deck cooled rapidly. Upon inspection, the bulb split and was irreplaceable due to the specific light it requires. I'm sure that it was a shipping error but my experience led to get another one in person. Quality and value are perfect. The handling was the issue.

I did not like the string situation from the beginning. It should have been a remote instead. The string is very flimsy and thin. I went to turn it on and pulled the sting and it would not turn on. Not worth the money unless they figure out a better way then the string. I don't recommend this.
