After hours of getting nowhere with GE on the phone and online, I searched for third party replacement filters, and found these filters from Air Filter Factory.They’re a fraction of the GE price, and they’re actually better quality than the GE filters.They arrived quickly and they were well packaged.I’ll never go back to OEM filters again!

Fits fine (exactly the size in the description), much cheaper than the OEM GE filter and as far as I can tell it's just as effective. Cleaned for the first time (in the dishwasher, top rack) and that was successful, no damage to the filter.
