Your cart is empty.This is the AirDog II-4G DF-100 fuel system for the 2015-2016 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame jig in front of the fuel tank for a clean looking installation. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This lift pump system is one of our easiest installations. Our Duramax kits usually see the largest performance gains as these trucks do not come with a lift pump from the factory. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system for stock fuel trucks. Check out our installation manual for a list of parts that are included with this kit.

This is a very well put together kit and has everything you need for the install with good instructions. You will need the quick release tool for the 1/2" fuel line under the hood.My install was on a 2015 LML Duramax 2500 HD. First, be extremely careful putting your fittings on the pump. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! I broke the small return line fitting and had to order another. The fittings are straight thread fittings so there are "O" rings on them. Once you touch off with the "O" ring, snug is good enough.Drill for your bracket, and start on getting the fuel lines loose at the tank and under the hood. I was able to get the line loose from on top of the tank without dropping the tank and without removing the driveshaft. The fitting on top of the tank is a challenge but you just need something to push in on the clip on the fitting and it will come off. Get a small mirror so you can see what you're working with.Run your lines and harness and zip tie them everywhere so they will be snug and out of the way of and movement. Nice and clean install.I used fuse #47 (which is recommended in instructions) for the trigger wire. You can use any that cut on with the key though.The pump will run when you lock/unlock your doors and when you open a door for about 30 seconds. This is no problem, just think of it as you are polishing fuel and your motor isn't even running.I did not pre-fill the filters, the pump will do that. Why dump raw fuel in the filters? To purge all the air out of the system, just break loose the bleeder screw/bolt on top of your factory filter head. Turn on your key and when you see fuel, tighten the bleeder. Stock, the bleeder is usually plastic but I highly recommend replacing it with an aftermarket aluminum one. Truck will start at the first bump of the key.Only been running this lift pump for 3 days but have no leaks and no problems.Good instructions but YouTube videos will make it easier for you.

Extra fast shipping came a week early. Product was as described so far. Installed on vehicle Saturday so, so far it’s held up. Will update if any trouble. Only thing I don’t like is the placement on the 2015 Chevy you cannot get a pressure gauge to check it after you install it. And the fittings are a pain in the butt. But other than that awesome product. And I emailed the company before u bought it and they wrote me right back unlike some of the other reviews from them say. Thanks
