This airplane seat extender has made flying with my daughter much easier. It’s strong, folds up small, and fits in our carry-on without taking up much space. Setting it up is quick. I just hook the straps onto the airplane seat and buckle it in. Right away, it turns a tight space into a place where she can stretch out, sit, or play comfortably. She loves the fun cartoon patterns, which makes her want to use it every time. It does come with a small pouch, but there’s not much room inside. The stickers it came with weren’t the best, but that’s not a big deal. The most important thing is that my daughter can finally relax and even nap during flights, which helps all of us have a smoother trip.

I love how portable this seat-extender is! - fits into the pouch that then can snap onto the math as an extra storage pocket - brilliant! - this pouch can also slide onto the extendable handle of your carry-on suitcase. Just really well thought out.The fabric a very soft, almost low pile furry fleece if that makes sense - end results: super soft!It encases a squishable foam and has a slightly non-slip bottom. You will need to ask the person behind you to be able to snap on the anchor strap - but once that's in place, attaching the front to your table is easy-peasy and VOILA! - a soft, flat surface for your child to stretch out on! - and you can still use the seatbelt. This is definitely a must for any length air travel and will make your toddler so much more comfortable - which in turn will increase your comfortability too! :-)

I actually had one similar but let a family member "borrow"/take it when they flew back home. The cost of having them ship it back to me was not worth it.Had no trouble using the one we HAD on American Airlines. worked well, as the baby (10-month-old) napped and was able to lay down and I had plenty of roomThe family member that "took" mine, had a 3-year-old, and I never asked how much the child weighed, but it sure makes it convenient IF the child does want to lay down, they are not laying all over the passenger next to them.I like that it can be washed. can be used as an emergency changing pad, or just "clean" cloth for the various places you need to set your child down. Can't comment on price, as there are a lot of competitor items out there, that I think are less expensive.

We have several young children in the family, including a young toddler. He’s is going to be taking his first trip later this year and I thought I’d check these beds out. Now, before you decide to purchase or even think of taking one of these along, you should consult your airline. Not all of them will allow parents or caretakers to use any kind toddler beds. That being said, I was very pleased with the quality of this toddler airplane bed.The quality is very, very good, high-quality as far as they go. There’s not a thread out of place and the bed was very well-made. There’s a textured non-slip backing, which will keep this bed or pad from sliding around once it’s installed. The hardware, buckles and slider, is made of impact-resistant plastic. There’s a solid Velcro-like system to keep the pad from shifting. The material is a plush microfiber, a material that can be laundered or spot cleaned. Laundering instructions are on the tag. There’s a great pouch or bag with an airplane on it to store or carry the bed in. It would be very easy to put this in a duffel, a carryon, or child’s backpack. This is probably my favorite airplane bed of all the ones I’ve checked out. I do love the laminated farm scene with stickers that will help keep a toddler busy. Traveling with a young child can be very stressful, to say the least. Great kid-friendly airplane toddler bed even I love!

So this isn't the first one of these that I've purchased, so I have a little experience with these and fly pretty often with kids. This one is my favorite out of the ones I've tried. The sizing is all pretty similar and fit the space between seats just fine. This one does feel softer and the pad is a bit thicker. It's easy to wash and very adjustable. The straps allow you to take it down quite a lot, so it can be as loose or tight as you need it to be on the tray table. It's so hard for kids to be comfy on long flights as well, so it's a relief to be able to get their feet up without needing to blow up and deflate something. Because this one has thicker fabric, it does take up a bit more space, but it stays in place well and works great. I forgot to take a picture of it on our last trip, but here it is in home. I've washed it twice as a well without issue. The only con is that the snaps on the carry case seem like they might not hold up super well long term, but otherwise it's easy to use and worked fine for an active toddler.

This airplane seat/tray table cover is well designed, and is as described (dimensions, etc.) Note that I use it because I buy the empty seat next to me: with this the person on the other side doesn't dump their stuff on my purchased seat (it can be uncomfortable telling someone you bought the middle seat... i.e., asking them to move their stuff), and I am able to use the space as I planned (for bulky item, work, and give my bad leg room to stretch out (underneath this product.) If you plan to use such an item for a child, I would definitely check with your airline first to be sure they allow it. And don't book a bulkhead seat or seat with extra leg room because this will not fit across - it needs to fit from the seat next to you to the far side of the tray table for that seat next to you (hope that makes sense.)
