I had high hopes for this product after failure from a similar product from a different manufacturer.I had this product installed on the underside of the down tube. I like the fact there was various sizes available for different openings. Unfortunately after my first ride, the screw down cap was missing along with my air tag.My conclusion is the vibrations from riding either loosen the cap or the thread is not strong enough to hold the cap in place.

Pay attention to the product photos because no instructions were included. Fortunately installation should be fairly simple for anyone accustomed to working on bikes or with rudimentary mechanical skills. Holds securely and stealthy.

I recently purchased an e-bike and wanted to use my Apple Airtag to help track it if it ever was stolen. You can stick an Airtag just about anywhere but if it is within sight, a would-be thief could just remove it and throw it away. The need for a not so obvious place to hide it is needed. The Kimairy AirTag Hidden Bike Mount does just that. By using the hole in the fork of the bicycle or e-bike, the Apple Airtag can be hidden and appears as just part of the bicycle. Installation was made easier for me after I turned my e-bike upside down. Overall, this is a great device and it may just keep your Airtag and your bicycle safe.Below are some photos of the installation procedure:#1 Find the insert that closely matches the diameter of the hole in your bicycle fork and use the included Allen wrench to tighten.#2 Place your Apple Airtag in the recessed area.#3 Screw the cap on and tighten.#4 Your Airtag is now hidden from sight and ready to go.
