Was unsure if it would fit in my 2019 as the year isn’t listed but knowing there wasn’t any changes between years, I went for it. The old one is identical and most likely also made by Aisin as they make OE parts for Toyota. Other than that is functions just as it should and keeps my truck cool.

Works very good. Big noticeable difference with this new fan clutch. The old one wasn’t blowing nearly as much air as this. Was for a 2018 4runner. Only been using for 1 month so far.Update: 6 months in, fan clutch is now stuck in engaged position. Can hear engine roaring constantly. Disappointed.
