If your AC is only blowing on a single speed, usually on high, then this part probably needs to be replaced.Perfect fit on an ‘08 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT V8 5.7l HemiAitken’s blower motor resistors is a plug and play on my truck. Screws not includes so save old ones. Easy access to replace. 5 min job. Also, it came with wire and female plug and wire connectors but I did not need them.

Listed as a fit for a 2015 Kia Sedona, but doesn’t actually fit. Physically they look the same but the socket where the wiring plugs in is too small. Time wasted unfortunately!
