I purchased this bit 1 month ago. It has swivel shanks and after 3 weeks the right shank rusted and wouldn't move even after applying WD 40 and hitting it with a hammer. Last week the other shank rusted and won't budge. Had to purchase a new bit. This bit was money wasted.
