Youtuber Scotty Kilmer recommended this brand for brake pad. Got this April 2023 and I bring my car to our trusted local mechanic. Told me same quality with the parts their getting local auto parts store. Advice me need a replacement But I told him don’t replace it. Im very happy and satisfied with this product. Only 3 star not 5 because my mechanic findings about this product.

I like the quality of akebono brake pads. I saw Amazon had on option for buying them ‘used but like new’ and decided to give it a chance. I saved a good amount. The pads arrived in a slightly damaged box but were perfect and also came with the appropriate hardware. I highly recommend using this option when it’s available. I was extremely satisfied with!

Fit perfect with included shims. Equivalent OEM braking power and temperature fading. No noise. Minimum brake dust. Better value than OEM pads.
