Fiber Optic Light Kit Installation Instruction
- Step 1 - Make Points & Drill Holes
Make Points and drill holes on the item (car roof/wooden board/gypsum ceiling board etc.) you intend to install.
- Step 2 - Insert Fiber & Fix
Insert the fiber to the item you intend to install, then fix the fiber with hot glue or glass glue.
- Step 3 - Organize & Bundle
Organize and bundle optical fibers by zone.
- Step 4 - Connect, Test & Trim
After completing the installation, connect the light engine and turn on the power for testing, then trim the optical fiber.

The AKEPO 12W Shooting Star + Twinkle Fiber Optic Lights Kit is a well-made and fascinating product that can create an amazing star ceiling effect. The quality is solid, and once installed, it adds a fun and immersive touch to a movie room, family room, or even a bedroom. I dont know about installing this in a car, but it says you can.Installation takes time, and I highly recommend planning your layout carefully before starting. I had to adjust my approach a couple of times as I learned more about how the system was designed. Taking your time will ensure the best effect.Overall, this is a great lighting kit that requires patience to install but delivers a fantastic result once completed!

I installed this in my camper van and if I am being honest the install and overall design takes a bit of time and effort. It is of course well worth it upon finishing but it does take some planning and execution.With that being said it’s a decent kit for the price and can look great and you give thought to the layout. .The base unit that generates the light is solid and strong. The fiber optics are like something from the future. A "nervous system of light" that performs.I like the remote, but this is one item that i wouldn't mind squeezing onto my phone with the other apps of honor.True white. The "W" in RGBW means there is a dedicated white light. RGB is cheaper to design a product but has to mix the red green blue to simulate a white that is never really white.The white is clean and bright with all the vibrant colors imaginable.The awesome effect adds value to the great quality offered.
