I got this canopy for my youngest daughter. She and my middle daughter share a bedroom, and while they are best friends, I thought it was important to give them both away to have some personal space and a touch of privacy in their bedroom. Her sister is an “all black everything” kid, while she is a “pink with a touch of rainbows” kid. So in a way, we’re going to ultimately end up with their version of a Wednesday & Enid room 😂I had previously grabbed another canopy and I wasn’t really happy with it. Unlike this one, as well as her sister’s canopy, the previous canopy was fully transparent, even if it did delineate space. And it just felt way too fragile. Conversely, this canopy is perfect for her. It has some solid fabric, allowing for them both to have a little privacy, and it feels so much stronger. Even the tulle feels stronger on this canopy.The color is a nice vibrant pink. It also came with a battery powered light strand, which I may or may not end up using- for now, her star projector is on the headboard of her bed and it creates a really cool effect on the inside of the canopy that she loves. I’m not usually a fan of battery powered light strands but this one is small globes so it has a bit of uniqueness to it. The pompoms on the ring- I think they look great, although I could take them or leave them and I think the canopy would still be just as lovely.The one thing that does bug me a bit is that the seam on the upper part of the canopy is right in the front. I wish some more attention had been paid to that- it does take away from the overall look of the canopy. But it is what it is and the canopy is otherwise perfect- this is just a suggestion for the future.As for whether she likes it… I couldn’t get her to spend any time in their room with the previous canopy up. This one? Didn’t have to even suggest it. They are both happily hanging out in their room, each inside of their respective canopy, together but each enjoying their own space. It’s a win!

The canopy seems good quality. I knocked down a star because the color was not as pictured - definitely more of an orchid pink/purple than a blush color. And because the way to connect the string of lights is with paper clips - I cannot decide if it’s a genius idea or knocks down the quality. Very easy installation! Larger diameter than I expected, but we love it!
