I needed to replace a spring that had the silicone burned off of it .Thought they came in sets , hoping to then have a spare . I was wrong. Expensive for one spring

The stock OE Beta springs were weak, and developed fatigue after a couple service removals of my 2 stroke exhaust pipe. One of them had no more tension, this is a sign of poor design, or cheap spring material, maybe they were not stress relived after manufacture as all springs should be. The OE springs developed a "set". Not good.Decided to pay the price for these Akrapovic springs, and they are of a higher quality spring steel, plus they have the silicone silencer tubes around them, nice tough, The wire is extremely strong, the hooks don't bend out of shape when installing and these are actually about 5mm shorter then the OE springs, so they hold firmer. I have installed them 3 times now and they are still very strong. Likely to last.
