The set up was fairly easy. The frustrating part was it was the wrong color. Sending back a large heavy product was more of a hastle, attempting to fit it back in its origianl box. I decided to keep it and will end up painting both units black.

I purchased the Alera reception desk a year ago and decided to add on their reception return. I gave the reception return 4/5 stars because it was delivered with a 5" scratch on the desktop working surface. They do advise looking over all surfaces before assembly (which I did) but there was a glare on the surface and it masked the scratch. Overall I'm very pleased with this manufacturer (despite the scratch) and will probably add their 2 box and 1 File Drawer Full Pedestal next!
