These are my favorite to bring in and paint with. My theee year olds just love them too, although we did break one out of 9 on the first day. But I’d say those are good odds.

These brushes are fun, but they aren't what I had hoped for. We often use them for painting with water on cardboard - a perfect activity for my 2 year old twins. Even with paint, they don't really leave spectacularly different textured patterns. They mostly just make good messes! The green tipped brush bleeds, and the white tipped brush takes days to dry (I leave it out, brush side up, until it dries so it doesn't get moldy). The handles are great for little hands, and it entertains my kiddos for a few minutes.

We purchased this set for our 16 month old son. Wintertime in Chicago means lots of time spent indoors and we are trying to do an "art" project with him every day when we are stuck inside just for some type of variety. The brushes themselves arrived exactly as described. You have three different brushes, each with different material to create its own unique effect when you use them to paint. At first my son was mostly interested in inspecting the colors and textures of each individual brush, but with a little help we got him painting (and also making a mess...). He really did enjoy these though and they are the perfect size for his little toddler hands to grasp. The top materials in these brushes seems to be secured in very well, they seem durable and do not look like they will fall apart quickly. I would recommend these to anyone with a toddler.

I didnt love these. I found they got way to much paint on them when dipped and just made a big mess instead of a cool design. My kids are toddlers though so might be better for older children.

LOVE these. Almost didn't buy because of some reviews that say you don't get a different pattern look and looks like any other brush. These are great for 1 and 2 year olds that blot and do the up and down motion. Older kids will understand how to use these.

Not as good as they look, we're to big for the kids to hold easily even though it says for little hands! Hard for the kids to use!

My 16 month old son loves these brushes. He is really into textures right now and loves examining these. I put them in his water table so he can wash rocks/cars/dinosaurs. I don't know if I would recommend paint with them, as I'm not sure how easy they would be to clean, but my son is perfectly happy with soap and water.

My 2,5 years old daughter like this brushes! It's really comfortable for toddlers. I'll recommend this brushes for small actors. But you need to know, the brushes is really big. So you need a lot of paint and plenty of space to draw by this brushes. The walls are Perfectly suited for this.

I thought these brushes would show more texture on the canvas. They are just not that different from regular brushes or from each other. Also they are very hard to clean, and take forever to dry. Not the best texture brushes out there, and not worth the wait to get them.
