I think something that's as technical as a hoverboard is really a hit or miss. This one lasted a little over a year with very minimal use. By minimal I mean under 10 times. We went to charge it up and it wouldn't take a charge, the wheel would just twitch.

Purchased in December of last year for a Christmas present, it currently will not charge anymore , it says it is charged but it is not. There is no product support anymore at this time, not a good product, do not recommend.

Ordered this Hoverboard for my son for Christmas. I decided to spend extra money because I thought I was getting a well made Hoverboard that would last a long time.....needless to say he tried it once on Christmas. Then we put it back in the box and stored it inside until winter was over and he could use it outside. A few days ago with the nice weather we took it out. My son was so excited to start using his new hoverboard and it doesn't charge!!!! He is left disappointed and sad. I am out of the return window. I contacted the company and am waiting on their reply. I hope they are able to rectify this issue and make my boy happy again. Surely there must be a warranty on this.

So, there are better. For $300, not this one. Only one speaker works, its choppy, its super touchy, and its Not smooth riding. The box it comes in is generic, not labeled, just a brown box. I've ridden a few other ones, and this one is NOT smooth turning. Ill try and order another one, but I think its just china junk.

The wheel well brakes off easily. Dual motor? Not really one side is stronger than the other, the other side very slow.
