Works like a champ. Slightly different mounting ,but worked just fine without any modification required. Great price and unbeatable delivery.

Transformer was used (as described in offering) but appeared to be bad in some way. Supposed to out out 10,000 VAC at 23 mA with 120 VAC input but only measured about 16 VAC across output terminals so returned transformer for refund.
