I like the thickness of the leather and it's the color that I wanted.Downside:1. It comes together and needs to be undone to install.2. Small wrap at the ends is prone to come off easy after pulling it back through the holes.3. Unstained on backside of leather.Even after saying this, I feel it's still worth it. A small piece of tape was used to wrap around the ends to keep the original ones from getting pulled off. A black sharpie to the leather fixed the staining issue.

As per title, it is stiff and does irritate you a bit when the you put weight of the bow on your wrist.Did not like it at all, will be replacing is with a simple paracord loop.
