Manufacturing Process
Cooling system parts undergo performance, endurance and leaktests. Carefully crafted to exceptional OE standards for precise fit, aircraft 6061 grade aluminum and with raw aluminum finish.
Direct Fit for Easy Installation
- Please carefully check the previous radiator before installation. Make sure that all hoses and lines are intact.
- And disconnect hoses and lines, then remove the old radiator.
- Place new radiator in the car and reconnect lines and fittings.
- Perform a complete flush of the cooling system to remove traces of old coolant, fill the cooling system.
- Direct bolt-on OE fitment or replacement.
- Professional installer is highly recommended!

But didn’t, according to our restoration mechanic. We’re doing a ground up restoration on my husbands truck, and now we have yet another spare part that we have no use for. Unfortunately I don’t have any more details on why it wouldn’t fit. The mechanic was able to modify a different Alloyworks radiator that was also supposed to fit this truck, so this one must have been way off.

Appears to be well made. Packaging was wrecked but the radiator was in good shape. It does not fit 1980 Chevy C10. Width is right, but it’s 1-1/2” to tall.

It’s a nice radiator for the money. So far it’s gave me no issues. I replaced a stock radiator in my truck. this ALLOYWORKS Radiator is all aluminum it looks a lot better then my stock one and has kept my truck cool. No complaints for
