This is a well made inverter and works good . I have it hooked to 2 100 ah lifepo4 batteries and power is supplied through 4 100 watt solar panels . I would not consider this a whole house system but it will definitely operate a refrigerator , lights and small appliances as needed . I have it as a stand alone system in case of power outages . easy to put together and connect comes with directions that are pretty simple .

This works well so far and seems to be well made. I would recommend it if you need power as a back up. You will need to provide a battery source for this unit. Worth the money for sure.

I am using this sine wave inverter with a small battery bank of two 12v 100AH LifePo4 batteries. These two batteries are powered by a 600w solar array. I trust it is Pure Sine Wave from one fact. When powering my large fan off any modified wave inverter, it hums badly. Once fan is plugged into shore power(sine wave) it doesn't. So I plugged it into this 1500W pure sine wave inverter, and its doesn't hum. At any speed. The load is consistent. The inverter has a fan that ramps up as needed to keep cool, and it isn't overly noisy. Even when I plug in several loads via a short power strip, the fan doesn't show signs of dirty electricity. I appreciate the larger surge capacity. I have more expensive solar generators that barely get close to the max output rating. Testing with a 270W draw 36" shop fan, a 1500W heat gun, it still handles my mini-fridge run while charging two 18v power tool batteries. I did that intermittently for a few minutes without issues. The cables provided are adequate for the load. But I still used my better quality copper stranded cables. Good value for the output it provides.

This unit has loads of power for just about anything that plugs in and true sine wave to boot! With 1500 watts of pure, clean, true sine wave power you can plug in just about anything you can plug into your home wall socket. This unit is ready for your RV, camping or emergency power needs. Just hook up to a standard 12-volt battery and you are all set to go. There are two plugs and a nice, clear LCD display so you will be able to keep track of the power you are using. Additionally, this unit has a maximum conversion efficiency of up to 92 percent so you will get more power and use out of your battery than with other units with the usual 85% conversion efficiency. Buy one of these today and you will be glad you did!

This review is for the ALLWEI 1500W Pure Sine Wave Inverter, 12vDC to 110vAC 1500w, surge to 3000w.I ordered this because I wanted an inverter to go with my SHTF supplies and to use with my pickup on HAM EMCOMM assignments. This physically is a very large inverter. Look at the Amazon listing for contents and sizes. This unit comes with two 2.2ft, 4AWG cables to attach to a battery box or vehicle battery. I immediately ordered two pairs of 1000A alligator battery clamps to make the system more flexible in use. I did not want to permanently wire the system into the vehicle or the battery box. Once I had those installed, I hooked up the inverter to my pickup and attached a 250w/120vAC high velocity floor fan to the inverter, and let it run for 10 minutes. The inverter fan is somewhat noisy, but that is ok, it was pulling out a fair amount of heat. I then added a second 250w/120vAC floor fan for a total of a 1000w load. The system responded well, with little complaint when the second start surge hit. I deemed this as a successful test.I do not have an oscilloscope to test if this is actually putting out a true sine wave. I have no way to test that specification. The unit comes with plenty of mounting screws and anchor jackets in the package, but I do not trust generic screws and anchor jackets. I’d go out and buy those supplies you are familiar with.Because the power leads are so short, you might consider purchasing a decent jumper cable set, and using that to connect to your battery box or vehicle. Just make sure to calculate the draw and the gauge of wire needed for the length being used. This is a very nice inverter, well finished, and seems to be fully capable of at least 1000w sustained use. Buy it if you have a need for this equipment.

I have a few inverters in my two homes. I picked up this inverter because I wanted a dedicated shop system. What I love about this system is that it has a combination standard 110v plug as well as a hardwired option as well in case you have a specific circuit that you want to power.I also like the fact that this system has a USBC output as many out there do not have USBC, just USBA.You can set the low voltage cutoff so you will never drop the battery below bad levels. I love that it is a safe solution right in the product. Setting it up was very easy to allow for different batteries as well as cutoff levels overall.Great mounting options as well! It comes with primary battery leads to the unit.Good value for the unit. I love it and would suggest it to others.

Now I ordered this because I am a techie, and this was a necessity to add to my ever growing collection of items to have just in case of emergency. This number one is priced at an exceptionally low price and I could not believe that they manufactured something that has so many functions and can do exactly what it says it does without any knowledge of knowing what this product is you can operate this and have power at your fingertips very safely and easily stored away. It is the perfect size the perfect weight and looks wonderful for being such a powerful piece of technology. I can’t stress enough how important it is to be prepared for emergencies and this is one of those items that I just would not pass up if I have the opportunity so if you do have the extra cash, get one and have it for your family just for an emergency it’s not expensive and it will make a world of a difference in a pinch.
