Attaching bolt hole too small, smaller bolt = sloppy, drill hole = bushing spinning. Chinese being Chinese.

Picture looks like the right item but it won't fit a 1967 Honda CT90.....

Not the same cut as the OEM trail 90 levers, had to get a different bolt because OEM wouldn’t fit. See photos.

Bought these on the cheap for a bike I’m selling and wanted to make look a little nicer. I wouldn’t run these on a bike that I was planning on riding respectfully. They look close enough to the 45 year old bent and dirty twisted up ones that came off this old Honda, only problem is the hole that the cable end sits isn’t deep enough. You can see when bottomed out I can’t pivot the cable where it needs to go. There isn’t very much metal there to go much deeper. A drill bit might be too pointy and the tip blow through before making deep enough. Probably going to have to use an end mill, which I understand everyone probably doesn’t have so just be aware when you buy this one so you’re not surprised thinking it’ll be a quick swap. You’re definitely getting what you paid for here. Stay safe.Update: I actually had to go down a good 1/8 of an inch before the cable would pivot where it needs. You can see in the last picture just how much I took out. A regular drill bit wouldn’t have been able to do it without the tip blowing through the other side, it’s close with an end mill. Now hopefully I can do the same thing to the other side without ruining the lever.

They fit good enough on my 1973 CT90 but not an exact fit. Had to modify slightly cable slots.
