The speaker I got came defected so I wanted to return it. Contacted the company directly and they set me straight with a refund and a very responsive customer service representative. Overall, I can't say much about the speaker since it never worked out the box, however, the customer service is fantastic.

These speakers sound amazing just wish they had a little more bass I will be adding a sub for the full effect but great sound and super loud I have two and everyone on my block can hear them from their living room

The item arrived on schedule and it sounds good for the price. However I thought, 800 watts was what to expect on a regular basis. Not the case because away from the main advertisement it says 800 watts max and 400 rms what ever that means.

This speaker really surprised me! The sound quality is amazing and this thing is LOUD! No matter how loud you go, the sound is crystal clear and zero distortion. I use it for parties (ranging between 50-150 people) and this speaker is plenty. The best thing about it is the bass response. Well designed. I definitely recommend this speaker, you won’t be disappointed. I’m actually getting a second one.

First, I had an issue with the front grill vibrating and causing a distorted sound. Spoke with customer service regarding that and tightening the screws more than I had already done and adding small o rings in between seemed to do the trick. Second time I used it was on the back deck playing very low when it popped and started making an uncontrolable loud hum. After 2 emails to Alphasonik and no response. I emailed Amazon and was refunded. After Amazon told me to dispose of it, I opened it up to find out the resistor R57 and R58 had a bad solder that caused them to leak. While I understand that bad solders happen, no response from customer service for a warranty issue is unacceptable.
