Really like product, rotisserie did not turn and required extensive work to find dislodged wire. All good now. I'm sure it was a shipping issue.

Amazon Review Post 18 Nov.2023: This product is dangerous. Be very careful if you use it.17 Nov. 2023 listening to radio in the next room, I heard 2 pops in the kitchen. My Alpine Cuisine (Item AI30003, Model TB1020A, vendor You-Want-a-Deal, Vernon, CA, importer Aramco, Commerce, CA) was rotissering my approx. 7th chicken since purchase 07 January 2023, getting red hot, and just starting to burn the chicken. The thermostat would not let me turn the heat down or off, so I unplugged it. Maybe the pops were the thermostat and the thermolink failing? A thermolink is a failsafe. It will melt and turn off the oven. Either it failed, or had none. Anyone who has this oven should stop using it or stay near when using it! Do not gift, donate, or discard to your dump's re-use area without warning about what you read here! I will try to copy this post to the vendor and importer today.

This product is garbage in the application it says Builded in belgium but it was made in China it really low quality metal wrong timer would never recommend to anyone please don't buy this product I'm waring you also the door is absolutely trash makes a large bang when closed the Customer service is 0/10 If I was able to give this product a 0 I would have Did it without a doubt DONT BUY THIS PLEASE

I bought this to replace one that was broken and no longer available. This appliance is great! I have fantastic meals with it. It was a little difficult for me to figure out how to set the rotisserie and pan in the main part, but I quickly learned. Buy this!

Very disappointed in this rotisserie! It wants to tip over when you open the door! Very hard to clean. I really don’t think the temperature dial works or is accurate. Tried chicken and Cornish game hens - raw after 2 hours !😡😡😡

It might be easy to use, the flavor might be great, BUT I tried to use the rotisserie function and followed the directions given in the instruction booklet. What it fails to tell you is you must remove the slide in tray cover to get to the drive for the rotisserie which you seat the drip pan in, which causes the spit to turn. I spent an hour trying to figure it out before giving up and cooking the duck without it rotating. I could see it wanted to rotate? I reread and reread instructions. I decided to pack it up and send it back. While cleaning, I realized that cover plate comes out and uncovers the drive receptacle for the rotisserie! I’ll try it again. My complaint? Lousy instructions.
