Bought these for extra protection above my normal riding shoes for rides that would take me further afield. Recently used on four-day, 1100 mile backroads trip. Very comfortable and supportive, easy to walk around in. A bit noisy when walking about, just the plastic ankle support rubbing makes a bit of squeaky noise. Probably the best astars product ive purchased.

I got these in today however I am sad to say that I will be returning them tomorrow ...BUT I will be ordering the next size up. The boots are really nice! (I would give them 5 stars if the fit had been true.I wear a 10 and although they do fit on my foot, they are WAY too tight. I almost didn’t get them buckled and I had to have my wife pull one of the boots off.I wanted something lower on the leg than a tall Mx boot. They are Nicely padded and the buckles are decent. I really like the soles on the boots, looks like they will grip the pegs and the mud when you’re walking around.I hope the 11 fits me - stinks I have to wait on them to ship out. Trust me on the fit, get the next size up.
