My LaserJet was to the point of being unusable. Couldn't see anything anymore, faded characters, streaks of toner all over the page, really sloppy.Replaced the toner cartridge AND this transfer roller and now my LaserJet prints like it's brand new again!Very happy.It was 'relatively easy' to install the roller. There's a weird little black clip on the roller and it's not clear how to orient it to snap the roller in place. And you can't see anything. After some trial and error I managed to clip both sides properly. I hope I don't have to do this ever again.
