The transfer belt arrived in wet moldy paper. The belt was covered in mold or some type of growth.

Exact replacement, just what I needed. Printer performs like new again. Super easy replacement process anyone can do. Product came with several replacement rollers as well. They also include a return label to send core back for recycling, so nothing goes in the landfill. Very satisfied.

When I took the transfer kit out of the box and installed, toner stuck to the plastic transfer belt and smeared all of the outputs. I need to return this item as defective.

We own a HP Laser Jet 500 color MFP M570 and live in the Cayman Islands. We've owned the printer for 4 years and recently started printing lines on page. Tech said it would cost $1,000 to fix, but better to buy new. I did research and found this part. Came packed extremely well with gloves and instructions. I was able to install parts by myself in about 10 minutes. Thank you Altru for keeping our printer out of the dump!!!
