Product came quickly. We had to pay an IT tech company to install the maintenance kit. The printing came out poorly and we learned the fuser was bad. USA PRINTING, was quick to respond and sent a new one. Unfortunately, we had to pay to have it installed a second time. Then the ink started coming off the paper AGAIN, and we had to get a third fuser replacement. We've paid a service IT company to install this three times. I asked if we could get a some type of credit/discount since their product was faulty and we've had to pay for installation multiple times and I've been ghosted. Not good PR. I wont be a returning customer.
