- Low gloss finish.- Sharp edges on the ends. I didn’t need to cut, so I am not sure how well that would have gone, but I imagine it would have taken more than a utility knife.- NO ADHESIVE PROVIDED.

I have a storm door that is just a little too short for my doorway and this aluminum threshold made it a perfect fit. It filled in the small gap without making things look awkward and I now have a solid fit. I'm very pleased with this transition for thresholds.

Good quality material and finish. I used a small hacksaw to cut it in length and 400 grit sandpaper to clean it up. I used acrylic caulk to hold it down, while it's easy enough to remove if needed. Five stars from me.

I needed to bridge 1/2 inch transition between rooms. I don't love needing to use a transition strip, but this one looks really good and does the job of bridging the divide. I'm not sure why it says to handle with gloves when you take it out of the packaging, I figure it better hold up to heavy foot traffic, why would a few fingerprints matter? It shined up very nicely after installation. I used an adhesive to glue it on the floor, in hindsight, should have used a clear drying one. But it is staying down very well. Hopefully, it will handle the long term wear and tear coming its way.
