The item arrived like this and there is absolutely no way to remove the one end to turn it around. Am stuck having to return and get a replacement. I am sure the product works great and it feels really sturdy but this is such a disappointment and should have been seen before ever being shipped. Giving it one more chance but bummed because I had plans for a big day at the track tomorrow which has now been ruined and not possible!
