So I took my KTM to the dealer for an oil change and they lost parts off of my arrival skid plate I called rival expecting to have to buy a whole new skid plate not knowing if they had parts available the guy was awesome and sent me out the bracket and three bolts that the dealership lost for no cost I would go to the end of the world for these guys they are awesome and their products are over and above everyone else can’t say enough good things about them FYI you can find me on the KTM Facebook page I am not a paid sponsor this is a real review
