Our heavy duty clutch assembly with a 1" bore and a #40/41/420 chain sprocket for go-karts and mini bikes may be just the part that you need for that perfect garage-built motorsports project. We offer two versions of this seriously strong centrifugal clutch; a 10 tooth and a 14 tooth sprocket. The choice is yours to make.
The 1" bore allows this clutch to work with gas engines larger than 6.5 Hp. In addition, both the 10 tooth and the 14 tooth drive sprockets are made for use with the common 40/41/420 chain size. A 1/4" keyway slot and pair of set screws secures the clutch to your 'kart or bike's shaft.

This clutch failed after 2 days. It's supposed to be heavy duty but I don't agree with that.

Fits perfect on a 1 inch bore. Quality of the clutch is pretty damn good. I know this clutch is rated for less power but fact is that I have a 18HP Duromax with 26 ftp of torque and this clutch handles it perfectly. At first it smoked a little because of the shipping oil that prevents rust but other than that it stopped smoking and gripped right away.

I will never order anything else from this company and will share with any other friends I have!! Received a part that was non functional it was a go cart clutch and when we installed and started up it ran a minute and then started smoking and turning blue ! Tried to contact them and ask what I could do ! They informed me it was third party so contact them , I did and returned it and they charged me a restocking fee and said that part was installed wrong and excessive wear! You can’t install it wrong slides on shaft with key stock !! Simple !! But they are a worthless company!!!

Will not work with a predator 420 or a gx390. Failed almost immediately on stock 420.

Im a big dude 6'6 400 pounds and I have a stretched go kart with a 420 on it this clutch held up and moved me just fine I did end up breaking something in the clutch however it was my fault because I was abusing this thing bad in the mud in a dirt bike track will be ordering another one on pay day excellent clutch for heavy dudes and karts
