The cables bleed tomecode audio into the second clean channel. Not what I expected to happen. I bought 3 of them too.

Let me start by saying that it works and I would give it five stars if not for the wrong color codes. It consists of two standard XLR connectors, one for the left channel of audio, one for the right channel, and it combines them into the stereophonic connector of the Z-Cam E2.Unfortunately, it uses the wrong color coding which will confuse every audio person on the planet. One of the XLR connectors has red marking, the other is left black. Anyone used to the industry standard will connect the right audio channel to the red connector and the left one to the black connector. Unfortunately, on this cable the red marks the left channel and the black the right channel. Given the high price of this connector, I really wish they had stuck to the industry standard of using the red color for the right channel.

These cables are well built - solid. I originally ordered the cables with 90 degree lemo plugs. I found out they blocked the serial port to the camera. Alvin worked with me to switch them out for cables with straight lemo plugs. Top notch service and cables. You can't go wrong. Buy some now.
