Needed a higher level of precision ER40 collet for a project I was making. I didn't want to purchase a complete set of low quality metric ones and opted for the Amana Tool Industrial Grade version. When I opened the package I could tell this was a quality tool. Installed it in my R8 ER40 collet holder and checked runout with a 10mm mill bit and found it was as accurate as advertised 0.0002" probably more like 0.00015". Easy to recommend this tool!

I got this for one specific job, I had to grab a 20.5mm diameter, thin wall plastic part, but I could only grip about 1mm of the length. I had to modify the other end of the part, and it was an intermittent cut. I was not sure that I would be able to grab the part securely enough to take the intermittent loads on the other end, but the alternative methods of grabbing it would have been much more work. As it turns out, the collet had nice clean, sharp edges, and was able to get a good grip and rework all the parts I needed to, with no issues. (I was expecting to have a part or two come out, and that would have almost certainly resulted in scrapping the part).I cannot comment on the concentricity of the collet, but it seemed just fine, and more than good enough for what I needed.
