Could not get it centered… the finest line I can carve is approximately twice the diameter of the tip. Have had the same issue with multiple tips.

I have returned 5 of these so far attempting to get one that the point is not chipped off.So far the only good one i have received came with the holder!

I use these bits more often than any other in my machine. They take at least twice as long to finish a job as a standard v-bit would but the finished result is worth the wait. Like one other reviewer I broke a tip off and had to replace an insert, but it was because I messed up and didn't make sure the screw was tight. It produces great results in softwoods, hardwood, knotty wood, Even very oily exotic species work that usually plug up the flutes on other bits. I don't cut aluminum or plastic so I can't comment on that. Overall, these are expensive bits that IMO are well worth the price. I would estimate that I have close to 100 running hours on several of the inserts and they all still cut like they are brand new.

I have a cnc router from MillRightCNC and this cutter is used for various wood sign projects. I have also used it for some aluminum signage and it works great!!

not even a day old and I need a new 60 degree blade. Feed rate where calculated correctly, I triple checked it before running a job cutting letters to the max depth of 0.125" in the white pine and the very tip of the blade snapped off.

I run a CNC router, and after going through tons of bits over the years, these Amana bits have lasted the longest. They just WORK and stay sharp longer than others I've tried. Simple as that.

Received this quickly and in great shape.Installed the cutter in my CNC mill and went to work making dust, this system is great! Can't run it very fast but didn't expect to from information provided. Very clean cut in plastic and HDU foam, even cuts MDF well. Only issue I have is that the design requires setting tool depth for every cutter change, slows down the process but the results are worth it. I just ordered all insert shapes available and will use this every day.
