We received the ladder but not the bracket to mount on the boat. Haven’t heard back from the company. Do not want to return the ladder as it seems good and durable and will work for what we need it for but would like the bracket to mount it

Needed something sturdy to get back into the dinghy after swimming. Easy to install. Telescopic so when not in use remove from boat and stores easily.

this is used to get back into a row boat from the transom area.

Better than I thought.

The ladder itself seems to be pretty nice, however I am not keeping it to find out due to the mount being ridiculously over sized compared to the tabs that slide in the mount. It wobbles back and forth and they do not even look like they belong together.

i like the ladder but it could and should be improved. The mounting bracket put the ladder at a bad angle on my boat so I had to shim the bottom of the bracket to improve the angle. The ladder swings from side to side when climbing. The slot on the bracket is too wide and too deep which allows the round mounting posts to rotate in the slot. This slot needs to either be made smaller or the round posts that slides into the slot should be made the shape of the slot which would not allow the ladder to swing. I am designing and will machine a new part to weld to the back of my ladder to eliminate this swinging.

Only thing I would change would be to make the slot for mounting the ladder a little closer to the size of the slide portion. The slot is too wide and results in a loose fit and the ladder going left and right as the climb it. Also make the mounting plate a little thicker so it is not so loose. Other than that it is perfect. If foulds nicely and fits in my storage box on deck. Other ladders that do not fold get in the way ;and seeing that this is a flats boat and I only go in the water a couple times a year during the summer, a ladder that is made of stainless, strong and folds away is a great idea. Will let others know and I am sure you be able to sell more. Better than the bass boat ladders that you see attached to the transom.
