Honestly I liked the butterflies, the confetti, and the designs on the box itself. It's just that it didn't come with ANY instructions on how to put the box together. The butterflies came with instructions on how to wind them up but what use is that if you can't actually figure out how to put the darn box together? My family and I struggled with this bit, and if I had to do this again, I wouldn't have bought this item if I had known it would be almost entirely DIY with the box setup.

I wanted to love this but found that the sides don't really stay in place. I wish the bottom was as thick as the top cover. Because it is not, the sides of the box are a bit flimsy. I tested out some of the butterflies by rotating them about 35 times and then just let them go, they fly in all different directions. I would suggest while you are building this to use some paperclips until you are ready to put the top on. Once you rotate the butterflies you need to put them in between the wall layers and pray they don't fly out while you are rotating the others. I wish there was a faster way to rotate them. If you do this make sure you set aside a lot of time to put it all together. It is re-useable, just requires a bit of work to get it all together. I hope mom likes it!
