Leather Lined Figure Skate
The Boot Upper
The figure skate boot upper is built with reinforced ankle support, giving you enough support to stand up straight and stride forward. The boot is also built with the perfect blend of flexibility to give you the flex you are going to need while learning how to skate. As a beginner you do not want your ice skate to be too stiff because that’s not going to give you enough flex when learning how to skate and you will never break in the skate boot. Our Leather Lined Figure Skate is designed specifically for beginner level skaters and has the perfect blend of flexibility and stability in the ankle area.
The Details
Our leather-lined white figure skate boot is accompanied by a black outsole, this is the traditional look of a figure skate. This timeless look allows you to have these skates forever and still be in style.
Comfort
The inside of the boot is made with a leather material inner liner backed by extra foam padding. This gives you that extra comfort so you can spend hours on the ice learning how to skate. The shape of our skate boots is made with modern lasts so it’s going to fit the modern-day foot much better and it's going to give you enough room in the toe box area to lay your feet flat and feel extremely comfortable while on the ice.
The Blade
The figure skate blade is a beginner level blade. This is a stainless-steel figure skate blade that is 3.5mm in width. This is an ideal blade width for beginner skaters which helps give you balance and stand up straight. The figure skate toe pick is an entry level style toe pick, giving you enough freedom to make a few mistakes but still stay upright and stride forward.
Timeless Skate Design
The classic all white figure skate boot with the black outsole is a timeless look. These simple colors will go perfectly with any skating outfit. The gold American Athletic logo is a perfect accent to the simplicity of the skate boot. This women's figure skate has 4 hooks on the ankle to easily lace the skates tight.
Our Leather Lined Figure Skate is constructed with reinforced ankle support providing stability while allowing the boot not to be too stiff for beginners. Having too stiff of a skate can cause blisters for beginner skaters. Our reinforced boot materials are ideal to maximize beginners’ performance and maintain extreme comfort. The leather inner liner accompanies the extra padding, so the skates are comfortable with any sock or even barefoot. The durable upper is easy to clean and maintain.

First of all these skates are very comfortable! And second of all they are super nice looking! I noticed that because the skates they let you borrow at the ice skating rink are a little uncomfortable, smelly and look kind of generic but compared to those these are amazing. I also really like how they perform on the ice! They feel so smooth on the ice when you skate on them, and the fit is perfect the other generic skates are nothing like these!

Missed the return window before trying. Very “unnaturally” narrow, tried to give to my daughter who has narrow feet and she had same feedback. … and I ordered up a size and a half.Good price point and otherwise seemed fine.

Skates are great, pure leather, great angle support!Usually wearing size 8, so bought 8, but needed to change them for size 7.Also I bought another pair for my 9 year old daughter but for kids size I needed to order one size bigger then her shoe size ( because they are stuffed which is great for little feet not to be cold).These are great skates!

i’m a size 7-7 1/2, i ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. definitely need to wear thick socks with these as, there’s not much warm lining in the skates. perfect for beginners!

With skates it is known to go down a size. I did measure as well. I am normally a 6.5-7 and went with a 6. I wish I got a 6.5 as they are a little tight and won’t be able to wear thick socks for further comfort. Skates should be tight for ankle support, but not too tight. Once worn in a bit I am sure they will be fine. Skates came as shown.

They are true to size. I am shoe 7 and bought 7 and they fit perfectly. They look good, haven't wore them much so I can't say, but so far so good.

Shipped in box, on time and in excellent condition. I wear a 10 trainer and the size 10 skate fit good. The skates are stiff and require breaking in, as expected. I took off one star because they didn't come as sharp as I would have liked. I tried them at an outdoor rink right out of the box and the edge did not have that crisp shhhh that comes from a sharp blade. After a few times around, I felt good balance and confidence in these skates. After I get them sharpened, I think they will be good value for the price and will use these for casual skating for many years to come. If you don't already have guards be sure to get a pair. I gave my old skates away with the guards and didn't think about adding them on to the order.
