This is near and dear to my heart because I am a Navy veteran. The coin is made from brass and does have a little bit of heft to it. On the front are engraved an anchor with a banner bearing "Honor, Courage, and Commitment", the US Navy core values. Also engraved is the slogan "The Sea Is Ours". The coin is enclosed in a plastic coin case.On the reverse side is the Sailor's Creed, a mantra affirming our service to the United States Navy. We are taught this from Day 1 of basic training.I have no issues with this coin whatsoever and as a Navy veteran, I highly approve of it!
