The actual sub is great for people just wanting some bass or to get into better car audio quality. The kicker comp 12 is great sub for that and it's very good for all music and makes my silverados system sound much better. I paired this with a boss r1100m 1100 watt amp which is rated at 425 watts rms so I'm pushing more than I should to the sub but I make sure not to turn the levels to max but this can seriously put out. Only complaints are that it only came with 4 of the 8 screws to screw into the box and so I had to screw more in to secure the sub better. Other than that the box fits like a Glove under the seat

This arrived seemingly in great condition. The box is very sturdy and well built. It fit my Silverado perfectly! However, the speaker was not functional to my disappointment. I confirmed it was the speaker by buying another speaker, same brand and size, at Walmart and it worked fine. Returning the speaker for a refund.
